Jordyn Weiss, Editor in Chief
Jordyn Weiss is a sophomore at North Broward Preparatory School and the founder of The Eagle Gazette. She started the Gazette in 2025 to give students a platform to share the stories that matter most to the North Broward community. As Editor-in-Chief, she oversees our staff of over 30 students, and manages all content that is published.
Beyond the Gazette, she is an active member of the Mock Trial team, a south Florida Cappies Critic, board member of Sitting for Service Hours, and Vice President of Civil Discourse club on campus. Founding the Gazette has been one of her proudest accomplishments, and she is excited to see it grow into a lasting tradition of student-run journalism at NBPS.
